Bill, thank you for your time in gathering the
information and faxing it to me. It is very helpful. I feel you do
know more about the Wyndham-Fairfield
PIK program than most of their sales
people.
I really enjoy our time at the Wyndham-Fairfield
resorts -- they do a great
job. However, their sales staff is less than helpful. Once you sign
on the dotted line you are history. I have been trying for 2 days to
contact my sales rep or her supervisor in Las Vegas with no luck.
(actually it has been longer than that--almost since June 5) It
really emphasizes the service you provide for your clients. I do
appreciate that.
I am going to put my search for a second timeshare on hold. When I
get the title for the Sunterra property PIK in-Fairfield
, I will
decide what I want to do about an additional property.
We spend quite a bit of time in Branson so if I hear of anyone
looking for a timeshare resale, I will certainly give them your
name. If any of your prospective customers ever want to talk to
someone about your services, please feel free to use me as a
reference.

Bill, thank
you for making the arrangements at Sunterra. We enjoyed a great
week. I wanted to stop by and thank you personally but we had a
large group of people with us (had a 3 bedroom at Wyndham-Fairfield
, plus
the 2 bedroom at Sunterra) and it seemed there was no extra time.
I am telling everyone to buy "resale" and letting them know what a
great service you provided for us.

Hello Bill,
Today we received a copy of the executed Assignment of Owner
Beneficiary Rights from Resort Title Agency. The cover letter
stated, "We have notified Bluegreen Corporation and have requested
Bluegreen make the necessary changes indicating you as the new owner
at Falls Village Resort."
It has
taken a l-o-n-g time, but it looks like the transaction is nearly
completed.
Thank you for helping us purchase the timeshare at Falls Village
Resort.

Bill,
Imagine our delight and surprise when we received a post card from
your company, Discount Timeshare Resale, and saw your name on the
card. You sold us our timeshare at Fairfield Glade in 1980. I'm sure
you don't remember, but you sure had to twist my arm. Mona and I so
grateful you did. We have been to places we would never have gone
without timeshare, just like you said. The best thing, however, is
the priceless time we've had vacationing with our family. We've been
to Hawaii, Disneyworld, California, all over Florida, the Caribbean,
and of course, played a million rounds of Golf at the Glade.
We don't want to sell, the kids would kill us. Just wanted to say
hello and wish you the best.
